The Homerun Derby is this Sunday, May 20. Registration is from 11am - 12pm. The T-Ball HR Derby will start at 12:15pm and other divisions will follow.

Here is the schedule of make up games for any games cancelled or postponed this week. All times are on Sunday, May 13:

Valley East Little League HomeRun for Hunger 2012 Help support your baseball team and the community by bringing in donations of of canned items and non-perishable items from now until the Homerun Derby on May 20th. Most items will count as one “homerun” for your team. The top three Valley East teams with the most “homeruns” will earn special prizes after the Homerun Derby.  Give your donations to your Team Mom or to the concession stand in a bag/box with a note stating what team you are from so that your team gets the credit for the home run.  Specific items that are needed by the Valley Food Pantry include: laundry detergent **** coffee**    canned pasta**     boxed dinners**     dish detergent**        shampoo** juice (64 oz)**  80-100 ct tea bags** sugar**  kleenex**    soap**  *** worth a “grand slam” **  worth 2 “home runs”
